Ladies Luncheon

Before I went back to work I wanted to host a "ladies luncheon" for all of my friends and their kids to get together, have some food, chit-chat, and just enjoy our time together.

Sophia was enthralled with Mako. She kept going over to him, trying to pet him, and giving him kisses. It didn't bother her one bit that Mako was kissing her right on the lips.

Nicole and Johnathan. Not sure if this is pre or post the diet coke spill :)

Jocelyn, Lucia, and Sophia having some quiet time to themselves.

Mandy with her daughters Lucia and Sophia, and with Samantha. Sophia was trying to give Sammy girl hugs.

Laura's 80s Bday Party

Our friend Laura celebrated her birthday in August, and she hosted an 80s birthday party. We got all dolled up like we were livin in the 80s and had a fabulous time. Enjoy the crazy pics!!

Honeymoon: Part 2

In Cozumel, we didn't have anything planned. We just kind of winged it, or wung it, however that is in the past tense. We ended up walking about 4 miles to downtown, where every store sold the same "Cozumel" t-shirt, shot glass, Mexican painted frog, and any other little trinket you can think of.

Our last sit down dinner on the cruise ship. We ate with another couple on their honeymoon. Both teachers who are now teaching English to children in China.

Coming in to port in Miami.

Honeymoon

Brian and I took a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean for our honeymoon. We had an amazing, relaxing, and adventurous time. The only downfall was that we had to come back to reality after those 7 days. Weather was nice the entire time. It rained once, but that was around 10 or so, and we were already in bed.

Our first day on the Valor.

Our second day on the Valor. A day at sea.

Visiting the city of Hell in Grand Cayman.

In Isla Roatan we took a ride in clear kayaks, went snorkeling (where we saw a baracuda), and took a walk through their jungle to see the "wild" monkeys. I say "wild" because the monkeys were leashed to their homes.

In Belize we went horseback riding through their jungle. It was so peaceful. Although, my horse was "lame in the foot" and he tripped twice and I almost fell off once because of his lame ass foot! My horse's name was Banana and Brian's was Guiness.

Wedding Night 7.12.09

Brian and I spent our wedding night at the Inn on Fifth. We had the most amazing room. It's just too bad I couldn't fully enjoy it (because I was a little sick from our reception :( We were right over McCabe's, our room overlooked 5th Avenue, and we shared a HUGE balcony with the room next to us. We hope to make the stay at the Inn a yearly event.

My gorgeous dress, not so gorgeously laid out on the chair.

The HUGE balcony we shared.
