On Saturday, Brian and I finally got a new addition to our family! We've been waiting and looking for a companion for Fabian for quite a few weeks. We wanted to be able to rescue a dog from the humane society, or some place like that. When we went to "preview" the dogs on Friday, I didn't even consider Mako as an option, but as I was heading home he popped into my head. So I asked Brian what he thought of the white pupppy, and he said he was all about the puppy. Cut to Saturday morning, and after being at the humane society from 12:30-3:00 we were finally able to bring home both our new little puppy and Fabian. We were so excited! Mako's original name was "Boxy", but we decided on Mako in honor of the boat and the shark. We think it suits him perfectly. He's only 3 months old, so he has a lot of learning to do, hopefully Fabian will help him a little.
